Returns

You may return any products within 30 days of purchase. The product must be in its original state with all tags still attached and in its original packaging.

- The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with the return, unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.
Exchanges
- If you received the wrong size or color, you may exchange the item for the correct one within 30 days of the purchase date.
- Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 30 days if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item.

Items Ineligible for return/exchange
- Products that exceed the return/exchange policy time limit (30 days after the order is purchased).
- Items that have been washed, worn, or soiled and damaged resulting from customer's handling.
- Some items, such as personalized/customized clothing, may not be eligible for return or refund unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt.
- Personal Reasons due to personal taste, change of mind etc.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not.
If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
